Sinister 2 made a breakthrough debut in August 2015. Director Ciaran Foy and writers C.Robert Cargill and Scott Derrickson have yet enticed us through the horrifying catastrophic 2015 film. The movie shot in five different parts of America brings forth an irresistible urge to watch. The movie is real and definitely scares the hell out of a person.
It’s time to go to bed. Shannyn Sossamon (Courtney Collins) convinces his two sons. Dylan (Robert Sloan) and Zach (Dartanian Sloan) are reluctant to retire to bed after watching a horrific film. Dylan encounters visions about imminent danger and warns his mother about it. A man with dark deep-set eyes is seen gazing at Courtney and is believed to be in dealings with Courtney’s former husband. She realizes this and warns her sons who flee to safety. Dylan is paid a visit by children ghosts who compel him to watch terrifying movies about children killed in nasty conducts.
The scariest part of Sinister 2 is not for the faint heart. Children are hung, their heads facing the river and an alligator gets to have a share of their flesh. Drills are used to remove the children’s teeth as they are tied tightly on chairs with their mouths wide open.
The cast squad has done a great job in bringing out real scenes that appear shocking. Sinister 2 entails an enduring quest for answers of murders carried out in the town. The Deputy (James Ransone) seeks answers for the evil murders committed therein but the father (John Beasley) is quick to note that one cannot stop evil but rather protect themselves from it. This is a lesson to learn with respect to religion.
Visual effects produced in the movie are unsurpassed not forgetting the risky shots taken at horrific scenes. An example is where rats tear down human bellies. Ciaran Foy the director has transformed this horrifying and daunting movie into a courageous pursuit for answers. The steady flow of events in the movie has also made it an award winning movie for all categories. In the end, the demon gets to haunt the Deputy.
